Biography

Country music artist Dan Henwood is making waves in the country scene. At just 24, he's a 2x graduate of the CMAA Junior Academy. Since picking up a guitar at 11, Dan's been perfecting his skills as a singer/songwriter and guitarist.

Inspired by the great Lee Kernaghan, Dan's new set of songs blend traditional country sounds with modern country rock vibes. His latest release showcases his passion and talent for the genre.

Originally from Wangaratta, Dan now calls Brisbane home, where he's continuing his journey as an artist, achieving new milestones and goals.

‘I’m really lucky to have achieved some pretty big things so far and met some of my biggest heroes and influences,’ says Henwood.

Dan has performed with The Wolfe Brothers, playing guitar live on stage at numerous shows. His talent has taken him to many new towns and places, where he also works as a session guitarist.

Dan was Nominated in 2019 in all categories in the Country Music People's Choice Awards Final. Dan has plenty of new material on the horizon and is excited to share his music with fans everywhere.
